ldapadd tries to add but fails at below. I am using stock Openldap 
2.0.21 and default schemas. What is Oject class violation and how to 
fix

adding new entry "uid=shonnedb,ou=People,dc=example,dc=com"
ldap_add: Object class violation
        additional info: unrecognized objectClass 'mailRecipient'
